Return policy / Right of withdrawal (digital products)
We sell digital products. In principle, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, unless the delivery of the digital content has started immediately (e.g. download link or access to the quiz). In that case, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the delivery has started, because you agreed to the terms and conditions, immediate delivery and waiver of the right of withdrawal at checkout.
